Best palce to learn is strike laydown one:
1: Go to the place then line up stright
2: laydown
3: turn at a 5degree angle
4: set controls to legacy southpaw
5:use left anolog stick left
5: until unable to crouch
6: then use the left stick to move out while pressing crouch button
7: repeat until done
